Reports

The reports master is where you can get all the necessary reports that give you the needed financial insights and data about your company. The reports are automatically prepared based on the transactions entered, make sure that there are no errors in the transactions itself and the reports will be without error as well. You can get many reports like day book, purchases and sales, trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, transactions related reports, account related reports like customers or vendor reports and many more.

This is what the reports master contains:

As the provided head names suggest you will get many reports related to the head names.

  1. Quick reports contains the following reports,

These reports will be blank at first. Select the period for which you want to see the report by selecting the appropriate dates. Then remember to click the refresh button, only then will the reports appear. Also it will only show the report of all locations by default, if you want to see the report at any specific location, select the location and then click refresh.

After clicking the refresh button the report for the selected period will appear as shown above. You can also print all reports by using the print button.

Similarly for all the other reports on the reports master remember to select the dates or the period and press refresh after selecting the period. There may be some reports which might require you to select the account as well for which you want to see the report. The reports in the account reports head will require you to select the account as well as the period and then finally click refresh to see the report.

Select the report required and follow the steps mentioned previously to view each report.

  1. The Financial statements head contains the following,

In the financial statements reports you have the option to choose trial balance, profit and loss statement or the balance sheet. First select the date at which you want to view the financial statements and then choose the required financial statements. You can also show the accounts involved or the trading and profit and loss statement as well by selecting that option.

You can also view the transactions passed in each account on the financial statements by selecting that account and pressing the enter key.

  1. You can view reports on the salesmen, routes or areas, customer cards and work orders created by choosing the options shown below.

  1. These are the reports you can view on GST,

  1. Report Generator:

With this you can create a report involving the various details that you specify as shown below. Select the required options and click generate report.

  1. Messaging: You can choose the mobile numbers linked to the accounts or customers on the application in bulk and send them a message with attachments.

  1. Message Log: Shows a log of all the actions that were performed on the application with the name of the user who performed the actions as well as the date and time at which the actions were performed.
